“My husband and I bought a house in July. When we decided to start the process we were able to sit down with Nanci and just chat with her about the kinds of things that we were looking for in a home. She has been in the profession for a long time and was able to give us some great insight and advice on the kinds of things to look for when doing our research. Nanci set us up with an email mailing based on all of the criteria that we had provided. We received emails as soon as a house was posted to the market. We were able to look at pictures and dimensions of the house and rooms land etc. before we even went to see the house. She was very available when we found a house that we wanted to walk through and set up appointments in a timely manner. When touring a house Nanci was able to point out potential hazards and/or positive attributes that the untrained eye might not see. “My husband and I first met and worked with Nanci 23 years ago when we were moving to Erie from Pittsburgh.After working with another realtor for months, we were lucky to find Nanci. We were told that if we didn’t have time perhaps we could call Nanci so I did. Nanci shared with me what a hectic day she was having but immediately said that my stress level at the time was much greater than hers and within ten minutes she was there to pick up the document. She not only picked up the document she delivered a very caring hug which I desperately needed.
